MB Enterprise is the storefront trade name of FAZAL MAKSUD SURYA (GSTIN 24HNVPS9502J1Z4), with principal place of business at 4/2753, Vania Street, Begampura, Surat, Gujarat 395003. Placing an order creates a sale contract for HSN 1209 sowing seeds listed in our catalog.
2. What each listing promises
- Variety name, pack intent, and displayed price define the goods you receive.
- Macro photographs show representative seed appearance; natural lot variation is expected.
- If a variety is out of season, we may suspend that SKU without ending the wider catalog.
3. How payment works
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Applicable taxes appear in the checkout ledger where required.
- UPI and Cash on Delivery are offered where courier lanes allow. Email OTP verification is mandatory before confirmation.
- Any COD handling fee is shown before you commit — never after dispatch.
