1. Purpose of this privacy ledger

MB Enterprise records personal data only to run accounts, verify email, fulfil seed orders, and answer support tickets. We do not sell customer lists to advertisers.

2. Categories we keep

  • Identity: name, email, hashed password.
  • Fulfilment: shipping address, phone, basket lines, payment path chosen.
  • Correspondence: messages via Contact, Help, or Track & Support.
  • Integrity signals: session cookies, browser hints, and IP for abuse prevention.

3. Why we process it

  • Protect logins and block duplicate or abusive registrations.
  • Pick, pack, and hand parcels to courier partners.
  • Send transactional notices about dispatch, attempts, and remedies.
  • Meet bookkeeping and statutory duties where they apply.

4. How long we retain

Commercial and tax rules set the floor for order retention. Optional marketing consent — if ever collected separately — can be withdrawn by writing to support@mbenterprise.store.

5. Your controls

Request access, correction, or deletion (subject to lawful retention) from support@mbenterprise.store using your registered address. We may ask for proof of control of that inbox.

6. Safeguards

Passwords use one-way hashing. Card rails run through certified gateways; full PAN data is never stored on our application servers.
