1. Before packing starts
Withdraw via Track & Support while the folio is still open for packing. Accepted cancellations refund to the original payment rail.
2. After the label prints
Once a shipment label exists, cancellation usually stops. You may refuse delivery; return logistics and spoilage risk can reduce any refund.
3. COD discipline
Serial COD refusals without a valid reason can pause COD on the account.
4. Refund timing
We initiate approved refunds within 5–7 business days; bank or UPI settlement then follows provider clocks.
